Description: This compact and unique expander eases use by utilizing a 3 wire system with a locking cam which allows for a larger opening to pass skirting material through. It can be mounted to any hard surface. Because of the lightweight construction it can also be used free handed, allowing you to use it anywhere, anytime. It is virtually indestructible.

Place one collar on closed expander wires.

Using right tab, open expander wires into open position and pull skirting material half way through stretched collar.

Turn tab back to closed position and pull skirting material back towards you.

Cut tag ends off so skirting material moves freely.

This is much easier to use than the pliers expanders!!! I have seen many different skirt expanders and this has to be the best compact one and easy to use.
