Lurecraft Guarantee

All Lurecraft products or services are guaranteed to be as described or a full refund for the product will be provided to you. We strive in our work every day to bring you not only a wide variety of fishing lure components but also the best of those products. Our goal is to provide you, the lure builder, the best products that will improve your ability as a sportsman and fisherman.
 
 

Ordering Information

Phone: We are pleased to accept phone orders which may be charged to VISA, MasterCard or Discover.

Mail: Payment for mail orders can be made by check, money order, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

FAX: Our 24-hour FAX line is always open to take your order at 1-260-463-8383. Faxes give you and us a written record of the order so there is little room for error.

Order Blanks: Order blanks are provided for your convenience whether you order by phone, mail or by FAX. These help organize your list so that critical items are not forgotten.

Ordering Hours: Our order desk is open from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST Monday through Friday. If we are on the phone with another customer or, in the rare occasion that we must be away from the shop, please be good enough to leave a return phone number or leave your name, address, order and method of payment and we will call you back to confirm.

Bad Check Charges: $15.00 handling fee; plus ALL collection expenses.

Exchanges: If you purchase any merchandise in our catalog and it is not what you expect you may exchange it within 15 days of our shipping date. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice. There will be no returns on special order merchandise. Return shipping is at your cost.

Special Orders: If you have a special request such as making a custom mold for your fishing lures or quantity pricing on extremely large orders please call us at 1-800-925-9088.

Packaging, Shipping, and Insurance Information: Some of our products cannot be shipped Parcel Post due to their regulations, so Lure-Craft normally ships all merchandise by United Parcel Service (UPS) or Roadway Package System (RPS). As Poly-Sil Paint is flammable, it is considered a hazardous material by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). As a hazardous material, Federal Law prohibits shipment by air. Also, UPS and RPS charge a $20.00 fee for all ground hazardous shipments. This fee will be included in your order.

Prices and Specifications: Merchandise price and specifications subject to change without notice. Description, typographic or photographic errors are subject to correction.

Heavy Liquid and Lead Shipping: Heavy shipments such as 5-gallon pails or large quantities of lead products are not included in the normal shipping charges. Please call Lurecraft at 1-800-925-9088 and we will help you determine shipping prices. Credit card customers will have these costs added to the merchandise total. Note: We try to maintain shipping charges at our actual cost of shipping. Shipping and handling charges are subject to change without notice.

We wrap and pack each item carefully so that it will reach you in the best possible condition. We also insure your package against damage and loss. If at all possible, please open your package in the presence of the deliveryman to check for damage. If any damage is found, report it to the deliveryman immediately. If damage is discovered after the deliveryman has left, you must contact the delivery company as Lurecraft cannot initiate an insurance claim until the delivery company has been notified. All orders are insured at no extra charge.
